As part of preparation works for future construction of the HS2 Interchange Station and railway route, LM (Laing O’Rourke and J. Murphy & Sons) on behalf of HS2 are undertaking roadside vegetation clearance in the area.
To carry out works safely, they will install traffic measures when necessary. Subject to obtaining the relevant consents, they will install a temporary, hard shoulder closure along the M42 northbound from 9.30am to 3.30pm between Monday 2 August to Friday 6 August between junctions 6 and 7.
