Network Rail will install tactile paving at Marston Green Rail Station to help improve accessibility for blind and partially sighted people using the railway. This will take place overnight over a number of phases during the following dates:

00:10 Sunday 15th January – 08:20 Monday 16th January

01:40 Tuesday 17th January – 05:25 Wednesday 18th January

00:01 Sunday 26th January – 08:20 Monday 27th January

01 :40 Monday 27th February – 05:25 Friday 3rd March

Work will require handheld power tools, lighting and generators and there will be a level of unavoidable light and noise disturbance, but Network Rail will aim to keep disruption to a minimum. None of the proposed work will impact the running of operational services and once the team has finished on site, the station will be re-opened as normal, ready for the first services.
