Solihull Council is proposing to convert the newly constructed and resurfaced footways on Station Road, Bickenhill Road and Coleshill Heath Road to shared use cycle track / footway.

This process will be done using delegated powers under Section 66(4) and Section 65(1) of the Highways Act 1980, with the intention of converting them into shared use cycle track/footways with a desired width of 3.0m. Pedestrians and cyclists will have joint use and will not be segregated.

The notices will be advertised on 7 January and any person who wishes to comment on the proposal should write to Solihull Council by 28 January 2021 or email [email protected]
