HS2 and its contractors, LM and BBV, are hosting virtual one to one meetings for local residents and businesses to find out more about HS2, what it means for the Interchange area and Chelmsley Wood and have your questions answered.

During a virtual 20-minute slot, you will be able to talk with the team from HS2, LM & BBV about construction activities in the Interchange area and Chelmsley Wood including Chelmsford Cross. These meetings will be held on Tuesday 23 November, and meetings are bookable from 12noon to 4.30pm. The one to one meeting will be undertaken on Microsoft Teams Meetings and once registered for your chosen slot, we will send you a ‘Join Microsoft Teams Meeting’ link to join your meeting by laptop or mobile device.

Registration for these slots will close 24 hours before the start of the meeting to allow the organisers to send you dial in details ahead of your appointment.
