The Helping Communities Fund has been relaunched by the West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioners Office (WMP & CCO). It’s made up from money which has been seized from criminals under the Proceeds of Crime Act and is used to allow communities to invest in their neighbourhoods to improve safety.
