Subject to approval, Balfour Beatty VINCI (BBV) (working in partnership with HS2 Ltd) will close the A452 between the A446 and the Northway Island, to connect the new bridge over the A446 to the new interchange that has been constructed over the HS2 line. This road closure will be in place 24 hours a day seven days a week from Monday 22 August to Friday 16 September. A fully signed diversion will be in place.

Northbound traffic will be diverted up the A446 to the M6 Junction 4 roundabout and return southbound on the A446 to the Brownhills slip road and then onto the Northway Island.

On the approach to the road closure there will be short length of lane one closed.
