Over the next 12 months, some temporary road closures will be in place due to Excavation and construction work on behalf of Skanska. Exact dates and extents will be advertised locally.

Note: These works will not go live until Phase 1 of the works are completed.

1. Catherine de Barnes Lane – Monday 10th July 2023 at 00:01hrs until Monday 29th January 2024 at 23:59hrs

Location: From a point 75m north of Shadowbrook Lane to its junction with Solihull Road and the Hampton Lane roundabout. Access to be maintained to all properties, however, this may only be available to the north or south of the closure point.

Alternative routes: Signed via Catherine de Barnes Lane diversions will be via A45 Coventry Road, Damson Parkway, Yew Tree Lane and Hampton Lane.

2. Shadowbrook Lane – Monday 10th July 2023 at 00:01hrs until Monday 29th January 2024 at
23:59hrs.

Location: From a point 150m southeast of its junction with Catherine de Barnes Lane (The Black Nurseries, Hampton Court, The Paddocks and Meadow View Caravan Park) to Catherine-de-Barnes Lane.

Alternative routes: Signed via Shadowbrook Lane Diversion will be via Shadowbrook Lane, High Street and Solihull Road – to join the Catherine-de-Barnes Lane closure. Vice versa for the opposite direction.

Access cannot be provided through the restriction for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Pedestrian access through the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of closure.
