The Council gives notice under Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991), being satisfied that all traffic should be restricted or prohibited to ensure that the following works can be undertaken in safety: 

Location: Coventry Road (Clock Interchange), Bickenhill, B26 3QY (closure of Airport Slip, A45 Eastbound). 

Date(s) when restriction will apply: Overnight on Thursday 23rd July 2020 until Friday 24th July 2020. 

Times when restriction will apply: Overnight from 2000hrs until 0600hrs. 

Reason for restriction: Drainage surveys. 

Works on behalf of: Skanska Infrastructure. 

Diversion route: Alternative routes for traffic will be signed via Kenilworth Road and Coventry Road including the roundabouts. Vice versa for the opposite direction. 

Access will be maintained through the site for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. 

Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction & access through the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of closure.
