+++ MEMORIAL CHRISTMAS TREE INSTALLED AT GARDEN OF MEMORY +++The Memorial Christmas Tree will be installed today in the Garden of Memory. It is provided for the residents of the Parish to decorate in memory of their loved ones.In the interest of Health & Safety, the following items must not be used to decorate the Memorial Christmas Tree (any such items will be removed):- Lights- Candles- Tinsel- Breakable items (including baubles)- Glass- Alcoholic drinksThe Parish Council takes no responsibility for any items placed on or around the tree.The Tree will be removed on Tuesday, 7 January 2025. +++ THE BIG COMMUNITY SWITCH +++Have you heard of the Big Community Switch? This scheme helps residents switch suppliers to a renewable electricity and gas tariffs and potentially save money on energy bills. It uses the bargaining power of a large group to help secure lower prices. The winner of the recent auction was British Gas with one of the cheapest tariffs on the market which could save an average of £156 on annual energy bills.
