On Sunday 10 November, the nation will honour the fallen of two World Wars and those who have sacrificed their lives in service of their country.
As in previous years, a Memorial Service will take place at St.Leonard’s Church at 10.00am, followed by a parade to the Memorial Garden where a short service (including the traditional 2 minute silence) will be held.
Service sheets will be available as usual for this year’s Remembrance Service at the Garden of Memory. If you would prefer to download a copy we will be providing a link on this website.
We will also place QR codes around the Garden of Memory so that you can download a service sheet to your phones or tablets on the day.
More details – including road closures and running times – will be published in the next few weeks.
Volunteer Road Marshals wanted (aged 18 and over)
We need volunteer marshals to help with the road closures for this year’s Remembrance Day service in the Garden of Memory.
If you’re over 18 years old and are available between 10:15 and 12.00 on Sunday 10 November, then please contact the Parish Office on 0121 779 4040 or by email to [email protected].
