Community Day 2024: What you need to know

When does the event start and finish?

Activities begin from 12pm. Events are due to finish at 4pm.

How can I get there?

The Stalls area will be accessed on foot (entrances on Bickenhill Road and Coleshill Road). Limited Visitor Parking can be accessed from Bickenhill Road (see map below).

Please note: A cricket match will take place on the day. Visitors are asked to be aware of this and take care when walking past the cricket pitch.

Who will be there?

Exhibitors will be announced closer to the date. Keep an eye out for further updates.

*PPL PRS Ltd has kindly provided The Music Licence which grants us the necessary authority to perform live music at our event. The Parish Council would like to thank them for their support and generosity.

Will there be parking?

There will be limited parking at the Recreation Ground. If possible, we would recommend arriving on foot (plus it’s greener!)

Will there be First Aid?

First Aid support will be provided by Immediate Care Medical.

What about the weather?

As we are expecting very warm and sunny conditions, visitors are strongly advised to bring sun protection and to stay hydrated.

If it rains, there will be a marquee with limited seating for anyone who wants to take shelter or needs to take a quick breather.

Is there a Meeting Point?

The Parish Council will have a dedicated stall on the day. This can be used as a Meeting Point.
