Balfour Beatty VINCI (BBV) is working in partnership with HS2 Ltd will be carrying out utility surveys on the slip road that links the southbound carriageway of the M6 to the A446 at junction 4. To carry out these works safely, BBV will close the slip road overnight.
Works are scheduled to begin from Monday 21 February until Saturday 26 February and will be in place between the hours of 9pm and 5am. These works are subject to weather conditions.
Southbound traffic wishing to exit the M6 onto to the A446 will be diverted down to junction 3 and return on the northbound carriageway back to junction 4, where vehicles can exit in the usual way.
