IAC have applied for an additional 388 car parking spaces at its premises in Progress Way.  These premises are situated opposite residential homes in Blackfirs Lane. If permission was granted, this would further impact the lives of residents who have already endured the initial development of these industrial units.

The proposed removal of trees and part of the bund that shield the Blackfirs residents from the industrial units, plus the reduction of the attached parkland that is used by many of our residents must be challenged.  We believe that our residents value the greenbelt around Marston Green and would be concerned if even more of it was to be released.
